Frying mold

— also known as a baking mold, it is a device that transforms a grill into an equivalent of a frying pan or even an oven. This accessory takes the form of a tray with a bottom and walls, but without a lid. When needed, the top plate of the grill serves as the lid.

A frying mold provides additional possibilities that are not available with a more traditional construction. For example, with such a form, it is possible to cook dishes in sauce or effectively roast products. In the latter case, the heating is more evenly distributed compared to just between the plates of a contact grill.
