Thermal t-shirts

— the term "t-shirt" in this case refers to all types of thermal underwear designed to cover the torso. It can be both T-shirts (with short sleeves) and sleeveless T-shirts — or vice versa, sweaters with long sleeves reaching to the wrist. Note that the latter option is the most common — hands play an important role in body heat transfer, and in cold weather, they also need to be covered with thermal underwear.
