— a device that facilitates the pouring of small portions of liquid from classic bottles.

The usual bottle neck is not very convenient for this — it is too wide, and it can be difficult, if not impossible, to accurately dose a portion. To correct the situation, a dispenser is used. Such a device is inserted into the neck in the manner of a cork; however, unlike a cork, the dispenser has a tube through which the contents can be poured out at a low speed. Dispensers are mainly used for strong alcoholic drinks and liquors — both for pouring in pure form and for preparing cocktails.
