Monopoly games
Monopoly games
— a classic economic game in which the player must seize squares on the playing field, install various commercial objects there (factories, hotels, banks, restaurants, etc.) and force out rivals from the market. Squares and properties on them have different prices, and you need to pay for visiting someone else's square, and the denser it is built up and the more squares of one player are nearby the more you have to pay. In this case, the moves are made in the classical way, with the help of dice rolls. Thus, the player who is the first to capture more squares is in the most advantageous position — he receives more income at the expense of the other participants. In addition to the field, the game set usually includes chips that mark the ownership and development of the squares, play money, as well as special “event” cards that are drawn when players hit certain points. There are many versions and editions of Monopoly, differing both in rules and in design. For example, in addition to the classic ones, children's (simplified) sets, "national" sets dedicated to individual countries, "professional" sets (railway business, automotive, sports team management, etc.) are produced.
