— usually, in this case, it means an electronic game that allows the player to feel like a surgeon. The playing field is an image of a "patient", on the body of which (and next to it) there are small holes. Each hole contains an object depicting a specific disease. The task of the "surgeon" is to extract all the "diseases" from the holes with the help of special forceps; the edges of the hole must not be touched, otherwise an error signal will be triggered. Several people can play the "Operation" — in such cases they draw out "diseases" in turn; the winner is the one who was able to get more items without errors. Of course, the game has almost nothing to do with the work of a real doctor, but it develops the accuracy of movements and fine motor skills well.
