Granite sinks

Such sinks well absorb the noise of falling water, perfectly resist dirt and are easy to clean, moreover, they have a pleasant appearance and can be made in a wide variety of designs (for different types and colours of stone). Other properties of "granite" sinks depend on the characteristics of the material, these points in each case should be clarified separately. So, popular products based on acrylic do not tolerate high temperatures; it is undesirable even to pour boiling water into such a sink, not to mention contact with a hot frying pan or other similar object. More advanced sinks made of granite agglomerate withstand heat better, but are also more expensive. Also note that a common feature of granite sinks is their significant weight — in some models up to 50 kg. This must be taken into account when choosing an installation location.
