This easy to use tool ensures you have the correct gas flow rate providing optimum gas shielding to the weld pool. Just insert the end of the MIG or TIG torch into the meter, press the torch trigger to activate the gas flow & the black ball will hover and a litres per minute reading can be taken from the graduated markings on the meter. Approx flow required for TIG welding = 5 - 8 l/min and for MIG approx 10x the wire diameter e.g. 1mm wire = 10l/min.

Welding Protection Cover Magnets (pair) are ideal for holding welding/grinding protection blankets in place without marking the bodywork, in fact they can hold tarpaulins, poly masking sheets , masking paper etc to metal car body panels.

GYS Welding Machine Cooling Liquid is a special welding coolant essential to optimise and preserve the performance of your welding machine’s cooling circuit. Its unique anticorrosive and low-conductivity formula reduces electrolysis effects. The liquid prevents the accumulation of sediment and cooling circuit blockage compared to a standard liquid. Ready to use formula requiring no dilution providing frost resistance down to -20°C. GYS recommends that cooling liquid is changed every 2 years.

This foot pedal enables adjustment of the current from the minimum current to 100% of the set current on a welding power source (MMA/TIG) equipped with a female socket for a remote control. Note - Once connected the upslope and downslope are not automatically managed by the welding power source, and are controlled by the user with the foot pedal. Electrodes can absorb moisture whilst in storage & excess moisture can produce low quality, porous welds. The electrode oven is designed to hold up to 5kg of electrodes (maximum length of 450mm), is extremely portable & ideal to use whilst working on site. The 5.200 also has an external temperature gauge & adjustable thermostat which is adjustable in 50°C increments.
