Trend Trade range two flute router cutters have extra long shanks and are designed to meet the demanding needs of the professional trademen. They have a 2mm micrograin Tungsten Carbide tips for cutting the most abrasive materials to give extra long life. They have a PTFE coat indicated by distinctive black colouring and produce a clean finish to abrasive timbers such as chipboard MDF plywood and certain hardwoods. The jig requires a router fitted with a 30mm guide bush and 12mm diameter long reach cutter. For most common sash mortice and dead locks with up to 3in deep mortices and a 7/8in or 1in face plate.
