— the purpose of the remote control is clear from the name. However, in breast pumps, this function differs markedly from remote controls for TVs, air conditioners, etc. The role of the remote control in this case is played by the control unit, which contains the control panel, motor and all electronics; the working attachment is connected to such a block with a hose. The convenience of this design lies in the fact that when pumping milk, the remote control can be placed on a table, sofa, etc., and you only have to hold a working attachment with a bottle in your hands. It's easier than holding the whole device, and the control buttons can be placed at your fingertips.

Only electric breast pumps are equipped with a remote control (see "Type").
