Speed bags

This helps train reaction, precision, speed, and coordination, not just strength. It is often used in amateur training and for warm-ups, and is also suitable for children and beginners. Unlike a heavy bag, which hardly moves and is meant for strength work, this ball simulates a moving opponent and requires greater mobility from the athlete.
