— tile designed with a focus on attractive appearance, intended for decorative finishing. Available in both wall and floor variations (see corresponding sections); the key distinction of this variety is its design — much richer and more diverse, often including various patterns, ornaments, ethnic motifs, etc.

Note that decorative tiles, like panels (see corresponding section), may be designed to form a specific image from multiple tiles. However, in this case, it is not about complete pictures but usually about patterns and ornaments composed of a maximum of four tiles. It should also be considered that, unlike classic wall and floor materials, decorative tiles generally do not allow for cutting into individual fragments and installation in parts — this may ruin the appearance of the finished surface. However, exceptions do exist, of course.
