Flax Seed Oil 1000mg is an excellent vegan alternative to fish oils, providing 680mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and 122mg of linoleic acid (LA) per capsule. Within the body, ALA is converted into the omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, according to its requirements.
