The ARCTIC Freezer 36 uses two P12 PWM PST fans with hydrodynamic bearings and a speed range from 200 to 1800 RPM.

This configuration ensures stable cooling of mid to high-level processors at a moderate noise level. Thanks to PWM Sharing Technology support, both fans are synchronized and controlled from a single 4-pin connector, optimizing the system's thermal management. The heatsink features four heat pipes with direct contact—they directly touch the processor lid, enhancing heat dissipation efficiency.

The maximum airflow reaches 56.3 CFM, with a static pressure of 2.2 mm H2O, sufficient for reliable operation in closed cases with limited ventilation. The original fan mounting system deserves special attention: the proprietary clip mechanism allows for fan removal and installation without metal clips. Future-Proof Compatibility The Freezer 36 is multi-compatible with Intel and AMD sockets. Intel will release the new Arrow Lake processors on the LGA1851 socket in the future. ARCTIC customers don't need to worry that the new CPUs will also require new coolers. We guarantee full compatibility. All Freezer 36 can be used with the new LGA1851 socket from Intel without limitation. Improved Fan Mounting Thanks to the innovative mounting system, booth fans are effortlessly mounted in the heatsink using a click system.
