Either I got a defect or it's complete junk

I'm not happy :( I've been suffering for a week now and have only problems. It's quite possible that I just got a defect. I'll try to return it and get something else in return. But definitely not this model and definitely not Asus.
Beautiful appearance and beautiful brand. It was because of these two “beauties” that I acquired this miracle. And as it turned out, it was in vain. In this world, not only design and name determine the quality of a product.
First of all, the glossy surface of the top cover began to irritate me. It’s always covered in fingerprints, and sometimes you can’t understand where they even came from. It reads discs surprisingly poorly. Especially recorded ones. And it doesn’t matter whether it’s an ordinary CD or a newfangled “Blu-ray”. And sometimes for some reason it ceases to be determined by the system at all. In such cases, you have to disconnect the drive from the system and connect it again.
