Overall, the UPS is excellent, a purebred Brit. But a warning, the "quiet" tag in the product description isn't entirely accurate. Compared to a 2U server, it's practically silent. However, in a home setting, those 40 dB can drive you insane. I won't be returning it, of course. I might take the risk and replace the fan with a Noctua NF-A4x20 FLX. Even without LNA, its noise level is half. However, with such a modification, you can forget about the warranty, and keep in mind the peculiarity of their 3-pin fan, the wire sequence is slightly changed. One mistake and you could burn something. I'll also inform you that when charging the battery up to 95%, the fan spins at maximum RPM, and as soon as the charge exceeds 95%, the charging current drops to 0.1 A, and the fan speed also drops. I think with Noctua, the noise level in this case will be absolutely minimal.
