Model overview based on user reviews
The GOODRAM PX600 PX600 SSD is highly recommended for its speed, capacity, performance stability, and price. Users appreciate its quick system boot-up and reliable performance without malfunctions or data loss. However, it's noted that the SSD can get quite hot, so using a heatsink is advised to extend its lifespan. While the SSD offers great value, those working with large temporary files should be cautious due to its 300TB TBW, which might limit its lifespan under heavy use. Despite this, the PX600 is considered a solid choice for its price, though some users might prefer the newer PX700 model for enhanced features.

Good SSD for OS
19 May
Took a 250 GB specifically for the operating system so Windows runs smoothly - indeed, everything is fast and without delays. PCIe 4.0 offers read speeds up to 5000 MB/s which is very noticeable compared to my old SATA SSD. Installed it in the PCIe 4.0 slot on the MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS motherboard under a heatsink, because I read that these SSDs can get hot - with the heatsink, temperatures are normal, no issues. Ran tests and on my system, it got 4600 MB/s for reading and 2600 MB/s for writing, added a screenshot. Results are slightly lower than stated but that's normal, as it depends on the system configuration. 3D NAND and a controller that manages temperatures well even under load - overall, everything works stably and without surprises. Overall, if you're looking for a fast M.2 drive and don't want to overpay, you can confidently go for it.

Everything works, no heat, everything is great

I put the notebook in and the scd is sticking out the notebook cover
If you're thinking about whether to get it, do it while the price is around 2000 - 2100 UAH.

I haven't seen a better SSD with similar specifications for this price. For those planning to purchase it, you should know that SSDs with such speeds can get quite hot, so it's highly recommended to use a heatsink to extend its lifespan. I'm using a heatsink from my motherboard, but if your M2 slots don't have pre-installed heatsinks, I recommend buying one online. You can easily find SSD heatsinks in the "cooling systems" section on EK by selecting the "for SSD" filter. The system boots up quickly, there are no malfunctions, no corrupted files, and no data loss. In short - it's gold.

Another warning for those who are getting this SSD for working with constantly creating large temporary files (e.g., 100GB), this SSD isn't very suitable for such tasks, as it only has 300TB TBW, and under daily heavy use, it might expire in 2-3 years.

The photo shows speeds under a PCIe-3.0 connection (via an R5 5600G processor), so the displayed result isn’t its full potential, but it still has very good performance.
Speed, capacity, performance stability, price.
They are unavailable, but GoodRam recently released a model with even more attractive features for its price, the PX700. If there was a choice, I would pay extra for the higher version.

European Manufacturing

Goodram PX600 is one of the most affordable 500GB SSDs with PCI-Express 4.0 interface. The only more budget-friendly option in the lineup is the PX600 Lite, which is formally related to PCIe 4.0, but in terms of performance is closer to PCIe 3.0 models. The drive is produced by the European company Wilk Elektronik, and its manufacturing is located in the Polish city of Łaziska Górne.

For Gaming and Everyday Tasks

The read and write speed indicators reach 4700 and 1700 MB/s, respectively. This balance of characteristics makes the drive an excellent choice for gamers and users who value quick application and game loading times. After setting up a large game library, you can forget about loading wait times for a long while. At the same time, for regular work with large 4K video files at high bitrates, there are more high-performance solutions available.

Suitable for PlayStation 5

The drive is backed by a three-year warranty and has a write endurance of 160 TBW, which is a typical indicator for models based on QLC memory. This is sufficient for prolonged and stable usage both in computers and in PlayStation 5 Slim and Pro gaming consoles. It's recommended to use an additional cooling heatsink for installation in the console since the M.2 slot in PS5 has limited ventilation, and the cost of such heatsinks remains quite affordable.
