Ready for Tough Use

The flashlight from the specialized brand Nitecore is designed to work in harsh conditions: it withstands impacts from falls from a height of one meter and is water-resistant—the IP67 protection rating allows immersion up to a depth of 1 meter. Despite this, the model remains compact (length 11.3 cm) and weighs just over 250 g.

Flashlight and Lamp Modes

The Nitecore LR70 features two Luminus SST-40 LEDs with extended life, intended for directional light. In manual flashlight mode, the device delivers a very powerful output—up to 3000 lm in turbo mode with an illumination range of about 300 m. Additionally, there are four more brightness modes ranging from 1 to 1000 lm. For convenient operation, there is a separate button, and ribbed inserts on the body prevent slipping from the hand.

The flashlight also has 20 LEDs responsible for diffused white light (three brightness levels from 5 to 400 lm) and four red light modes, including a beacon and SOS. As a lamp, it can be placed on a sideboard or table, attached with the built-in magnet, or hung on a hook.

Power Bank Mode

One of the key advantages of the model is a battery with a capacity of 10,000 mAh. It can provide up to 100 hours of operation at 35 lm brightness (and about 10 hours at 1000 lm level), and also allows charging external gadgets. For this, a modern Type-C port with PD (Power Delivery) and QC (Quick Charge) support is provided—a rarity for flashlights. The maximum output power reaches 18 W. The only downside is not the fastest battery charging, which takes about 4 hours, but with such capacity, it is quite acceptable.
