Torches with Power Bank

Power Bank mode

— torches with Power Bank mode are able to "share" their battery charge with portable gadgets — for example, smartphones. This is very useful in nature and in other conditions where there is no access to power for classic chargers. Of course, even from a powerful torch it is unlikely that you will be able to fully charge the gadget — however, this is usually not required: more often it is about charging a low battery a little and making a couple of calls without any problems or clarifying the route using GPS. This function is especially convenient in dynamo torches (see "Type"): in fact, such a torches is also a completely autonomous charger.

Note that some devices may require cables and adapters to charge. Therefore, before buying a power bank torch, it will be useful to clarify the compatibility of the connectors.
