in general, not satisfied, I will not recommend IMHO

Braun Oral-B MD20 I've been using for a week + Braun Oral-B Trizone 1000 D20 for 2 months. As promised in the promotional videos, it's just blah-blah-blah, or for fans: brushing your teeth after every meal under the bridges, because it doesn't clean between teeth if they're close together, and when they're not, a regular toothbrush cleans and sweeps fine.
if you need to wash it under the crowns after that, then you can bathe (it’s not too tight) or under the bridges
the pressure of the water is quite weak, on the 5th speed (tightness) it’s not much, but about 1, 2, 3, 4 nothing and say - just don’t need

Four nozzles

The irrigator is equipped with four nozzles Oxyjet EB17 with coloured edging. They serve for everyday use — getting rid of food residues, removing plaque. The nozzles support multi-bubble technology, in which the water flow is enriched with oxygen pre-cleaned using a built-in filter. According to the manufacturer, this solution allows you to combine the process of thorough cleaning of the oral cavity with a massage effect on the gums.

Monoflow and turboflow

The Braun Oral-B Professional Care MD20 can be used with five speeds and two operating modes. Monoflow provides a directed jet action, helping to remove plaque near crowns and bridges. A turbo flow or spiral shower allows water to "go" under the edge of the gum, removing bacteria and massaging it. The mode switch is located directly on the nozzles themselves.

The Oral-B Professional Care MD20 irrigator is equipped with a 600 mL tank, which is enough for at least three people to brush their teeth.
