This is of course not a full-fledged keypad due to the lack of software and the ability to set macros, but for its price, it's a very good acquisition for those who "suffer" playing on a laptop. Its slim design (height) is practically indestructible and costs almost nothing. I took it on a long business trip to use with my laptop. I am a professional player in CS 1.6.
It took me about a month to get used to not looking at the keyboard to remember the layout of all the keys. But once I got used to it, the quality of my gameplay immediately improved.
I also used it in other shooters (Medal of Honor, Call of Duty, etc...)
