A family of neat, modest in appearance, but quite powerful and versatile 15-inch laptops from Acer. They belong to the middle price segment, are included in the “office” line of Aspire 2022, but are many times superior to their counterparts in terms of pure performance, graphics power and additional equipment. In particular, all representatives of this series are equipped with non-office video cards of the RTX 3050/3050 Ti caliber, which, although it is the youngest model in the NVIDIA Ampere GPU line, supports hardware ray tracing, DLSS and is generally ready to provide a comfortable frame rate at medium graphic settings in most game blockbusters of recent years.

So the Aspire 7 can easily compete with entry-level and mid-range gaming laptops. The Acer Aspire 7 A715-43G most often uses a 6-core Ryzen 5 processor (Barcelo family, Zen 3 microarchitecture) with 8/16 GB DDR4 RAM and an NVMe SSD with a capacity of up to 512 GB. An alternative to them are more expensive and productive builds based on a 16-thread Ryzen 7 CPU with 16/32 GB of RAM and multiple drives.

The latter options are quite suitable for the role of a mobile workstation. All models in the family are equipped with mid-range 15-inch IPS screens with 1080p resolution, a high margin of brightness and increased hertz (144 Hz), thanks to which especially fast and dynamic scenes in games look smooth and natural. A gigabit network adapter with support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless networks is responsible for network communications with minimal latency. The full-size island-style keyboard features a full numeric keypad and solid-color backlighting. A built-in battery can provide up to 6.5 hours of battery life. Additional equipment includes a fingerprint scanner, a second SSD slot and a webcam with an HD-class optical sensor.
