The Ajax MotionCam HD (PhOD) security sensor from the Superior lineup was introduced by the Ukrainian brand in 2025. The model is aimed at professional security systems and detects motion in the area using advanced algorithms. It operates on the principle of infrared scanning at a distance of up to 12 meters, with a 88.5º horizontal and 50º vertical field of view.
In low-light conditions, IR illumination is activated. Encrypted two-way transmission up to 1700 meters via Jeweller is the company’s proprietary protocol. A key feature of the sensor is photo verification. The system sends HD images via TurboWings when motion is triggered, on a schedule, or at the user’s request to accurately determine the likelihood of intrusion.
Color reproduction correction and image quality enhancement are enabled by HDR. The SmartDetect technology helps minimize false alarms. Other settings include 4 sensitivity levels, pet immunity, and temperature compensation to adapt to winter–summer changes. The sensor’s housing is equipped with a tamper button to detect opening or attempts at removal. Note the SmartBracket mounting bracket, which simplifies installation in any conditions. The sensor stands out with 48 months of autonomous operation thanks to two CR123A batteries.
