All its disadvantages are insignificant, so the card is definitely good.

I won't go into the details of the benefits of the 9070xt as a whole, I'll just comment on this specific version by Asrock. At the time of purchase, it was one of the cheapest cards I found at a store (€33,000), and I chose it simply because of the white color to match my PC. There's a good review on YouTube of all 9070xt from different vendors, and my numbers align with that review (video title "Radeon RX 9070 XT Roundup"). Overall, the difference between them all is minimal, but this specific one has one of the hottest hotspots (up to 88 degrees), which sounds scary, but in fact, it's within the acceptable range. And I wouldn't focus on the base chip frequency because it still reaches 3000 in boost. Its casing is plastic, the backplate too, in hand it feels a bit cheap, but in the PC it looks fine. The proprietary software for lighting is the worst program I have seen in recent years, every time it starts, it looks for compatible devices and does so incredibly slowly, with a window right in the center of the screen. All similar software from other brands does this five times faster in the background, it's trash. The software itself looks very poor, reminiscent of 2014, but luckily, there are third-party alternatives, and everything works. It consumes up to 306 watts, and the fans don't turn on without a load = silence.
Samsung memory; cool chip (up to 58 degrees, memory up to 75 degrees); white color; ARGB lighting; very quiet; 8+8 pin connection (in some versions, for whatever reason, they made it 8+8+8).
Hotspot (up to 88 degrees); plastic casing; poor delivery package (just the card and a small booklet in the box); ASRock software for controlling the lighting is a disgrace.
