I liked how powerful it was and how it looked. All In performance mode it heats up to 71, but the turntables spin up to 2400 - noisy and not comfortable, and in quite mode the turntables are quiet - a maximum of 1700rpm, but it heats up to 78, and the memory up to 98. And now the main thing: the cooling system is not designed for increasing PL simply can’t cope, 390-400w is the ceiling for this card (cooling system). I have already replaced 3 cards under warranty, 2 of them had problems with farting turntables, one was completely faulty (it crashed in games with a direct x error). For a strix to have such defects is nonsense! One of the most powerful in its line Quality of fans |
Sold after 2 months of torment Appearance, a shunt-mod can be made It heats up to 110 degrees on memory, no cooling in the VRM area on the left side (both sensors show temperature on the right side, manufacturers know this and have hidden the fact of VRM overheating on the left side) without contact with the heatsink - there are no thermal pads and you can't place them in that area, unless you use water cooling, which doesn't help much (hot air remains in the laminate), the card doesn't overclock, undervolts poorly without a volt mod and consumes a lot because of it, annoying coil whine from memory.
