On Linux, it only works with some fiddling and tweaking. On Mac, it doesn't work. On Windows 10, starting from a certain update, the connection speed dropped to 60/80 (the system itself doesn't see the 5GHz channel, regardless of the channels and channel width set), while through tweaks with drivers on Linux, it easily delivers more than 300 Mbps downlink from the Linux system. Cheap not supported without issues on Linux and Mac systems. Problems with Windows 10 use Asus USB-AC54 more than year |
