The autonomous mini-washer operates without relying on electrical outlets and comes with a built-in 6-liter water tank. This model is inherently designed for mobile use without dependence on power resources and pressure water systems. It is powered by an 18-volt Bosch Power for ALL 18 V battery platform, however, the battery is not included with the purchase. A separate charger for the battery will also need to be purchased.

The pressure of the Bosch Fontus 18V-6 Solo is relatively low — up to 20 bar. Therefore, the model is suitable for gentle cleaning of surfaces (vehicle bodies, bicycle frames, garden furniture and/or shoes, handy tools, etc.). The washer gun can form four different spray types: a pinpoint for persistent dirt, a fan at an angle of about 15° for cleaning small surfaces, a fan at an angle of 50° for rinsing large areas, and a shower spray for conditional watering of plants. The portable device is pleasingly compact in design with dimensions of 44x21x33.5 cm and a weight of less than 5 kg.
