Stabilization of strokes of the working body
The German-made model Bosh GSH 5 CE Professional is designed for interior work: dismantling of flooring, walls, cutting out window and door openings. Particularly noteworthy is the patented Constant Electronic shock stabilization system. It allows you to keep the set number of strokes (for example, maximum 2900 beats / min) regardless of the change in load (i.e. you press harder and stronger rock, but the number of strokes remains the same). To work with materials of different density, the model has a manual impact frequency controller operating in the range from 1300 beats / min to 2900 beats / min. Also, the beat frequency can be adjusted automatically.
Engine overheating protection
To increase the reliability and durability of the engine, the designers "dressed" the gearbox in a metal case. It removes heat, preventing the gearbox from overheating during operation. The power cord has a swivel to prevent cable breakage during operation. The front D-shaped handle can change position around the axis of the fender, as well as bend or press against the “body” of the unit. Convenience of work is given by the blocker of the starting button. The Bosh GSH 5 CE Professional model has an SDS Max quick change tool chuck with a Vario Lock system that allows you to set the chisel in twelve different positions.
40% vibration damping
German engineers have created and implemented their own Vibration Control vibration dampening system in the Bosh GSH 5 CE Professional model. According to the manufacturer, it dampens 40% of the vibration transmitted from the working element to the hand. There is a carbon brush replacement indicator on the case, which indicates that the current-carrying elements have already worn out and it is time to change them. However, users note their rather long replacement, due to the fact that almost the entire striker has to be disassembled. Such a professional chipper is an indispensable tool for any large construction site, but it will cost a considerable amount to its buyer.
