The Bosch brand induction cooktop can be classified as a premium-segment solution. Its main feature is the built-in ventilation module, which allows the model to combine a cooktop and a range hood. The Bosch PVS 611 B16E cooktop provides four cooking zones, with a left-side pair supporting a bridge mode (CombiZone)—merging into one elongated heating area.

The latter is optimal for placing roasting pans or griddle pans. On the right there is a standard 2.2 kW zone and a small 1400 W zone. All heating zones support the PowerBoost function, providing a short-term 35% power increase, which, for example, lets you bring water to a boil quickly. Also noteworthy is the high-grade SCHOTT CERAN glass-ceramic, which offers benchmark heat resistance and excellent overall durability. It’s also worth highlighting the touch controls and the presence of 17-level heat adjustment (9 main and 8 intermediate positions).
