The wireless bike computer from the Bryton brand can be classified as a solution at the junction of the middle and advanced levels. The model is equipped with a GPS module that supports five leading satellite systems for quick connection and accurate positioning. It is this receiver that replaces the wheel speed sensor here, responsible for determining the speed indicators of the trip and the distance traveled.
The strong points of the device include support for wireless Bluetooth and ANT+ technologies. Thanks to them, the Bryton Rider 320 bike computer is compatible with an extended set of sensors, including cadence, power, heart rate (heart rate monitor) - all of them are purchased separately. Also, the device can be synchronized “over the air” with a smartphone and receive notifications about calls and SMS messages, as well as connect the device to the proprietary Bryton Active application.
Advanced training analysis is available here, the ability to import data to popular services STRAVA, TrainingPeaks, Selfloops and much more. Among the features available "on board" of the model, it is worth highlighting the thermometer (determines the air temperature) and the altimeter with barometer (inform about the altitude above sea level and its differences during cycling). For data output, a 2.3-inch multi-line display with a black and white picture, customizable fields, backlighting for night training and battery charge level indication is offered. The latter should provide about 35 hours of autonomy. Separately, it is worth mentioning the high-quality IPX7 moisture protection, power supply from microUSB, support for two profiles (bicycles).
