The CATEYE wired bike computer is a relatively inexpensive entry-level solution. The model supports 9 functions, i.e. it is capable of displaying nine indicators on the screen during bike rides. The display is characterized by a monochrome picture and has two lines - the current riding speed is constantly displayed at the top, and at the bottom you can switch between data (using the button at the bottom of the case).
The CATEYE Velo 9 bike computer, thanks to a wired wheel speed sensor, determines various speed indicators (in addition to the current one, also the average and maximum), the distance traveled during the workout and the total mileage, travel time. In addition, the model has a clock function, "knows how" to count calories burned (approximate energy costs) and even reduce carbon dioxide emissions (given that you have chosen an eco-friendly 2-wheel vehicle, and not a regular car). The device is powered by one CR2032 battery, which should last for about 3 years (subject to daily rides of up to 60 minutes). It is also worth highlighting the waterproof (IPX8 standard), lightweight (30 grams) plastic case and the automatic start-stop function.
