Canon SELPHY CP1000 (0011C002)

Portable sublimation colour A4 photo printer for personal use. It belongs to the Canon SELPHY family of personal solutions designed for fast and high-quality printing of 10x15 cm photos. A distinctive feature of this model is its modest overall dimensions (18x13x6 cm) and low weight (0.84 kg). Thanks to Canon's thermal sublimation printing technology, the correct colour reproduction, brightness and saturation are ensured.

The printing process takes place in four stages, right in front of the user. During the first three passes, colour transfer (yellow, magenta, turquoise) occurs, and during the fourth, a special protective coating is applied. It can be glossy or semi-gloss (user choice) and perfectly protects photos from fingerprints and moisture. The same coating guarantees high colour fastness during long-term storage (the manufacturer claims 100 years of storage in a photo album).

The software built into the Canon SELPHY CP1000 printer can independently process photos (stamp the date, remove red eyes, smooth the skin, remove noise, correct sharpness, crop and create a collage of several pictures — 1, 2, 4 or 8 per sheet). Also, this model can print photos from files from USB drives or CF / Microdrive, SD / SDHC / SDXC memory cards. An optional NB-CP2L battery pack is available for use in the field, in the field, or on the road.
