Compact and efficient CPU cooler with a high radial aluminium heatsink and a controllable 120mm fan. For improved heat transfer from the processor cover to the aluminium fins, there is a round copper insert in the heatsink base. It differs from common tower coolers by its relatively small height and good airflow around the socket space, where, usually, the heating power elements of the CPU converter are located. Another important advantage of the Deepcool Gamma Archer Pro CPU cooler is its very affordable price, which makes it one of the best choices for equipping universal home and low-cost gaming systems. Designed for use with a wide range of Intel and AMD processors with typical heat dissipation up to 110W. This makes it possible to use it as an effective replacement for complete coolin...g systems. Due to the combination of characteristics, this cooler is able to cool any models of AMD and Intel Mainstream processors and many Performance class CPUs released between 2005 and 2019. The HydroBearing provides durability and moderate noise levels.

For a quiet and compact system will go
2 February 2020
It was installed on the old AM2+ platform with the Phenom x4 9550 processor overclocked to 2.66 gigahertz at a voltage of 1.25v. I bought it with a thought of reserve as I wanted to install a second-generation Phenom. First, I'll describe the result, and then my personal observations.

It cools worse than the stock cooler (describing it would take too long, better to find it yourself). With the stock cooler under the CPU-Z stress test (version 1.91.0.x64), it heats up to 61-62 degrees, and with this one, up to 67-68. The idea of replacing another processor was no longer considered. Moreover, I did not use the thermal paste that comes with it but Arctic MX-4 and reapplied it several times as I initially blamed it.

I also hoped that the 120mm fan would adequately cool the VRM area, which is why I chose it instead of the gammaxx 200t. My expectations were not met. The airflow passing through the radiator was warm and weak.

Now my observations:
The height of the radiator seems either large or small in different pictures. In reality, it is medium.
The upper part of the radiator heats up only under prolonged moderate loads. In non-CPU-dependent games, the upper part is unlikely to warm up significantly.
The copper core appears to be about 3mm in height because I don't know what to reference due to the uneven heating of the radiator. I believe if it were taller, the heat distribution across the aluminum radiator would be better. (this is just my guess, I did not remove the copper core)

But one thing worth mentioning - it is almost silent.

Super cooler, very satisfied
28 October 2018
In the PC, there was always a stock cooler from the 80 mm box, in the summer it buzzed terribly, especially under load, and when it was still hot outside, it was terrible. I decided that it was time to change something and took this cooler, I was very surprised. The computer became very quiet, the temperature on the old processor kept about 50 degrees, now the new PC has assembled itself, took good thermal paste and with the G4560 processor at rest, the indicators are about 30 degrees. By the way, it is installed much easier than a boxed cooler, the latches are very convenient. Due to the fact that the fan is 120 mm, it cools better and much quieter. There are 4 pins on the connector, so it is possible to adjust the speed of revolutions if anything, but I have never used this function, and everything works fine.
Quiet
There are no drawbacks

good model, like it

By itself, the fan with a dummy doesn't solve the cooling problem and the noise produced, but it really helps as a cherry on top of:

- creating an "air tunnel" considering the features of the system unit with 120 mm fans;
- skillfully applying decent thermal paste;
- the ability to "play around" with the BIOS, SpeedFan, etc., for a quiet/cool setup.
For TDP<100, the result is better than expected (i7-2600 TDP 95). Precise installation and dimensions for the motherboard and a small system unit. The comfort zone for air cooling with the above-mentioned cost 500 UAH.
Not a physicist, but if the copper plaque is too small, it's probably a disadvantage ;-)

Xiaomi in the World of PC Cooling

Deepcool has never been considered a top-tier brand that everyone recommends. Instead, Deepcool has confidently taken its place as a producer of sensible and affordable cooling systems that offer more than they demand in return. For instance, the budget-friendly Gamma Archer Pro has been topping sales charts for years, attracting users who need a low-profile, quiet, and efficient cooling system to replace the stock cooler that came with their processor.

Practically Silent

Now in more detail. The fan's diameter is 120 mm with a construction height of 66 mm. These are standard figures for such cooling systems. The Archer Pro is rated for a speed range of 900 to 1600 RPM with a peak noise level of 21 dB. This means it is significantly quieter than most competitors, for whom the norm is around 28 to 30 dB. The most you'll hear is a slight "hum" of the bearing during maximum processor load.

A Reliable Friend for Modern 4- and 6-Core Chips

Installing the Deepcool Gamma Archer Pro is very simple, especially if you are building a system from scratch rather than trying to replace the stock cooler directly in the case. It supports most modern sockets, including AMD AM4 and Intel 1151/1200. Given the maximum thermal design power of 110W, this little guy quickly gets along with modern 4- and 6-core processors like the Core i5-9400 and Ryzen 5 3600, which need a bit of headroom for automatic or manual overclocking. Unlike the regular Gamma Archer, the Pro version features a 4-pin connector for automatic speed adjustment. Naturally, there is no lighting or other frills so it can be sold at a lower price.
