Not the noisiest, but not the quietest cooler

The Thermaltake UX100 ARGB Lighting is a compact, easy-to-install 66mm high CPU cooler designed to work with 65W processors from Intel and AMD. It has a very simple design that includes an aluminium heatsink and a standard 120mm diameter turntable. The latter has a fixed rotation speed, which is 1800 rpm. The noise level does not exceed 27 dB. That is, it is not the noisiest, but not the quietest option among all low-profile cooling systems.

Supports all popular lighting systems

A distinctive feature of Thermaltake UX100 ARGB Lighting is the presence of addressable RGB lighting, which can be controlled using the motherboard. There are 15 addressable LEDs around the fan contour, the glow of which can be configured and synchronized using any popular backlight synchronization system: ASUS Aura Sync, ASRock Polychrome RGB, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion and MSI Mystic Light Sync.

Unusual combination

Considering that its maximum heat pack is limited to 65 watts, you can’t really overclock here. Both literally and figuratively. Therefore, it seems to us a niche option for builds with mid-range processors, which require not so much performance feats as silence and aesthetics. Still, universal RGB backlighting is not so common in inexpensive low-profile cooling systems. It is unlikely that onlookers will flock to such products, but someone will surely like such a combination.
