Deepcool Z3 (DP-TIM-Z3-2)

Affordable and high-quality thermal grease from Deepcool, known for its balanced and inexpensive air coolers. Designed to work with air and liquid cooling systems. Suitable for a wide range of users who purchase a thermal interface for maintenance of PCs, laptops and video cards. Can be used for moderate overclocking experiments. Does not conduct electricity. Deepcool Z3 thermal paste comes in a transparent blister, inside of which there is a plastic syringe containing 1.5 g of paste, instructions and a small plastic spatula to help evenly distribute the thermal interface over the surface.

This amount of product (~0.5 cm3) is enough for two processor installations with a large heat spreader cover (for example, AMD Ryzen Threadripper) or three or four CPU installations with a smaller heat dissipation area. The thermal conductivity declared by the manufacturer (> 3.5 W / m∙K) is not at all a record, but its value is quite enough to serve powerful central processors and video cards. Due to its moderate viscosity, thermal paste can effectively fill small irregularities in the contact surfaces to completely remove air from the heat transfer zone. Easy to apply and remove from metal and plastic surfaces.
