My acquaintance with Dougie phones began with the Titans 2 model. It was a very high-quality product that worked properly for a couple of years and has survived a lot. After him there were the usual unprotected Nokia and Xiaomi. I was very disappointed when I bought the s97. There is no trace left of the quality of Titans 2. Complete disappointment. Holds a charge well, lasts for several days. Quality. When launching the Rangefinder app, the phone asks to ensure it is positioned horizontally. It would have been better to ask the Chinese, who assembled it with their unsteady little hands. I won't even mention that the beam is off-center, and the lens doesn't align with the window. Based on the description, it's supposed to have powerful hardware. But why does the startup animation lag even on such powerful hardware when turning on the phone? Although it works quite normally after launching without glitches. However, my phone isn't loaded with apps and other data yet. The camera deserves a special mention. I passed on purchasing the S88 in favor of the S97, hoping for a decent camera (based on reviews). How wrong I was. The camera is simply subpar. My four-year-old Xiaomi S2, which I replaced with this phone, takes much better photos. And a six-year-old iPhone 7 is two levels better. The translation into Russian is poor. The navigation is dumb. I knew that navigation on Qualcomm works faster than on MediaTek, but not to this extent! The fingerprint scanner. The issue isn't so much with this model as it is with strip-style scanners in general. It reads much worse than the circles on Xiaomi and old iPhones. Side buttons. Due to its significant weight, you hold the phone more tightly in your hand. But why are the keys so easy to press? if bubbles under the screen are not critical to you or you are ready to glue a film (a spare one is included in the kit) and will use wireless charging, then you can buy a phone Just a good phone (for now) experience of use - less than a day... straight out of the package there were air bubbles under the film, after 40 minutes in my pocket the sticker on the back of the phone with information about it became unreadable.
