Amazfit Balance

In the Amazfit brand line, the Balance smartwatch is one of the older solutions. They are positioned as a balanced wrist device, which can be both a stylish everyday accessory (including thanks to the 46 mm metal case in tandem with a fabric bracelet), and a functional sports assistant, since they support 156 fitness modes and are suitable for swimming (in the option with rubber strap) have the Zepp Coach function.

It's essentially a personal trainer that creates workout plans based on the user's readiness, VO2Max estimates, and other metrics. The Amazfit Balance smart watch measures heart rate, determines the level of oxygen in the blood, counts steps and distance, assesses stress levels, analyzes sleep, and is capable of keeping a women's calendar. There is also a thermometer to determine the ambient temperature.

The model has a bright (1200 nits) AMOLED display with a diagonal of 1.5 inches and runs the proprietary Zepp OS operating system, which, among other things, has a built-in player (and 2.2 GB storage for music), supports the Amazon Alexa voice assistant, and allows you to receive Bluetooth calls (there is a speaker and microphone). From a 475 mAh lithium-ion battery, the device can operate from 47 hours (with GPS turned on) to 14 days (in normal use scenarios).
