In the Amazfit brand's signature lineup, the Balance smartwatches belong to the premium solutions. They are positioned as a balanced wrist device that can be both a stylish daily accessory (thanks to its 46mm metal case paired with a fabric strap) and a functional sports assistant, as they support 156 fitness modes, are suitable for swimming (with a rubber strap option), and feature the Zepp Coach function.
This is essentially a personal trainer that creates workout plans based on the user's readiness, estimated VO2Max data, and other indicators. The Amazfit Balance smartwatches measure heart rate, determine blood oxygen level, count steps and distance, assess stress level, analyze sleep, and even track a women's calendar. Additionally, there is a thermometer to determine ambient temperature.
The model boasts a bright (1200 nits) 1.5-inch AMOLED display and operates on the proprietary Zepp OS, which among other features includes a built-in player (and 2.2GB of music storage), supports Amazon Alexa voice assistant, and allows for Bluetooth calls (equipped with a speaker and microphone). Powered by a 475 mAh lithium-ion battery, the device can operate from 47 hours (with GPS on) to 14 days (in regular usage scenarios).

The watch is just awesome. First of all, it's the battery life!! The design and features, it has everything you need, well, maybe I'd like NFC too, but I can't even say I miss it. The price is a bit strange, somewhere 5, somewhere 10. For 5, it's simply TOP!! The watch is worth the money paid for it, you can buy it without hesitation! -Battery (autonomy from a week to around three weeks). -Design. -Versatility of the strap. -Lots of software, functionality. -Simple but present AI. -Basically no NFC -I would like it to be even thinner use Amazfit Balance month or more i recommend it should buy |
The appearance is nice. It supports almost all functions. But there are some drawbacks. Battery lasts from 7 to 14 days. Appearance. Supports notifications from all communication apps. Water resistance 5 ATM. It is not possible to answer a call by voice by picking up the handset like on a phone. Only by message. No NFS. use Amazfit Balance few months |
