The main feature of the Epson EcoTank ET-2850 MFP was the use of a new generation of pre-installed continuous ink supply system (CISS) with frontal tanks, containers with a built-in valve (protects against spillage) and an improved Key Lock refill system.
It is positioned as a product of the average price category, aimed at demanding users who need a versatile inkjet processor with a modest cost of printing b/w and color documents. The low cost of ownership of such a device is explained not only by the low price of ink containers, but also by the fact that there is 8-10 times more ink in containers than in traditional cartridges. A convenient system for topping up ink in the CISS gives the user the opportunity to independently refill. Support for wireless Wi-Fi interface allows you to send print jobs directly from your gadgets.
