FeiYu Tech Scorp is a three-axis stabilizer designed for photo and video equipment weighing up to 2.5 kg. The weight of the Steadicam itself is 1.2 kg.
5 tracking modes
The gimbal offers five preset tracking modes: horizontal, horizontal/vertical, horizontal/vertical/tilt, all-axis lock, and rotation. Auto-pan, interval shooting, and sports mode for shooting dynamic scenes are also available. Switching between modes can be done either via the gimbal control panel or via a connected smartphone.
Convenient control
The handle of the device has a built-in OLED touch screen, a scroll wheel and several buttons for quick access to the main functions. A virtual joystick is also available via the FeiYu Scorp proprietary app for use with a mobile device. The gimbal is powered by a 2500 mAh battery that supports fast charging at 18 W. A full charge is enough for 8 hours of shooting.
Independent axle locking
The camera on the Steadicam is balanced without any difficulties. When balancing one axis, you can lock the other two for convenience. In addition, the model comes with a rich package, including a waterproof storage bag, lens holders and control cables for popular cameras.
