How to choose a gaming keyboardLet's look at the differences between the types of switches and additional equipment for gaming keyboards

Classic form factor

Externally, the Genius KB 110X looks like the same keyboard that you have seen thousands of times in computer clubs, offices or friends' houses. Apparently, the whole point is in a convenient form factor with a rounded bottom edge.

Ergonomics above all else

When you have to keep your hands in the same position throughout the day, any tiny inconvenience, like the space bar pulled up or an uncomfortable palm rest, turns out to be a disaster after a while. Fortunately, the KB-110X does not suffer from any of these problems and everything is fine with ergonomics — the hands rest in a comfortable position, the keystrokes are light, soft and silent. In general, perfect for typing.

Rounded keys and streamlined edges

Although, there is still one caveat. The bottom row of the keyboard is rounded and the keys flow smoothly to the base of the case. Theoretically, this was created for additional convenience, but practice shows that not everyone will be comfortable. If you get used to a standard keyboard with completely rectangular keys, working on the KB-110X from the habit, you have to press hard on the spacebar, as your finger can simply slide along the edge of the key. However, this is not so much a minus of the keyboard itself as a matter of habit.

Not afraid of accidentally spilled tea

Other than that, it's a solid, full-sized working keyboard with a standard layout, a separate Numpad, and a USB connection. Of the features of the keyboard, it is also worth highlighting protection against accidental ingress of water, coffee, tea and any other liquid. The keyboard case has special holes for draining.
