A model with a 4K screen resolution, aimed at both gamers and for creative work with graphics, photos, or videos. The core of the monitor is a 27-inch IPS panel, which delivers images at a maximum frame resolution of 3840x2160 pixels. The screen is capable of displaying over 1 billion color shades; it also covers 127% of the sRGB gamut and about 95% of the DCI-P3 space.
The display's VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification is also mentioned in the specifications. The Gigabyte GS27U includes connections through DisplayPort v 1.4 and HDMI v 2.1 (2 pieces). The technology AMD FreeSync Premium excludes frame tearing and drops. From the gaming presets, users have access to functions such as crosshair display, timer, and Black Equalizer for brightening dark parts of the image. The standard adjustments only allow for changing the screen's tilt angle (forward/backward). More positioning settings are enabled by an optional VESA 100x100 mm mount, sold separately.
