Normal RAM, without overpaying for lighting, takes the declared frequency from

Good RAM
No problem taking the XMP profile 3600, paired with two Hyper X 3600 sticks, and I prioritized this memory for the motherboard slots. It started up without any issues, with lower timings.
A day after the purchase, it became cheaper by 300 UAH.
