How to choose the right SSDChoosing an SSD with the required speed and good reliability for home, work and gaming
Model overview based on user reviews
The GOODRAM CL100 GEN 3 SSD series offers a range of storage capacities, providing options for various needs. Users appreciate its affordable price and durability, with some noting that they have experienced no speed drops even after extended use. However, there are concerns about the actual read-write speeds being lower than advertised, and some users reported discrepancies in the type of memory used, with QLC instead of the expected TLC. Despite these issues, others have found the SSD to perform well, especially for gaming, with fast loading times and satisfactory speed tests. The product is seen as a good option for budget-conscious consumers looking to upgrade from traditional hard drives, though potential buyers should be aware of the mixed experiences regarding speed consistency and memory specifications.

Very weak SSD Price After recording 260 GB at a speed of 180 MB/s with HDD, the speed drops to 38 MB/s. The site specifies TLC memory, but in fact, an SSD with QLC memory arrived. |
I have been actively using it for more than a year and a half. I haven't noticed any drop in speed. Very satisfied with the GOODRAM brand. Durability Missing |
Actual read-write speeds are below the claimed ones. Screenshot - https://dropmefiles.com/3twGs. Also, it was not possible to determine the type of memory, controller, technological process, etc., as the SSD simply does not want to share this information. All in all, this SSD is kind of shady. The SSD was installed on a Dell Inspiron M5110 laptop. Price Specs use GOODRAM SSDPR-CL100-120-G3 less than month |
