A relatively compact, affordable and energy-efficient 4-in-1 multifunctional inkjet device, which is a color inkjet printer with automatic duplex printing, a flatbed scanner with auto-feeding of originals (up to 35 pages), a copier with the ability to quickly scale and a fax. It is positioned as an affordable product in the mid-price category in 2024, the moderate cost of which is important when choosing office equipment for small and home offices.

Seamlessly integrating a comprehensive feature set into a single chassis saves space, allowing small workgroups to increase productivity. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8132E MFP can work with a direct USB connection to a PC or play the role of a stand-alone network printer connected to the network using the Ethernet LAN port. Thanks to the built-in Wi-Fi 5 module, integration into a wireless network and direct printing from mobile devices is realized.

Direct output of documents from USB drives is also possible (connected to the front connector). Featuring Hewlett-Packard's proprietary thermal inkjet technology, this model delivers output speeds comparable to entry-level laser printers. It is also worth noting the fast processing of print jobs and a convenient control system with a color touch 2.7" LED display. The manufacturer's recommended monthly print volume is small and amounts to 800 pages, but if necessary, the MFP can withstand a load of up to 20,000 pages/month.
