I purchased this model last year, and it works excellently, just like new. It sucks very powerfully; when working at full power, it even slightly sticks the carpet to the nozzle, which, by the way, is very convenient and lightweight, and can be parked to the body. It efficiently vacuums even deep and shaggy carpet pile. The only downside is that the bags included are single-use, although they are quite spacious, and the initial set lasted me a whole year. But afterward, I didn't know where to get them from and went two weeks without using the vacuum. Recently, I stumbled upon Karcher's "Hotline" phone number online and called, fortunately, the call is free within Russia. They provided me with professional advice and gave a couple of addresses, a small thing, but appreciated! It's good that the company doesn't forget about after-sales service, and in the future, I can call about something else, considering the prospect of purchasing a pressure washer. It filters air very well and has high power, good noise insulation, ergonomic design and functionality. All bags are disposable.  Pavel: use Karcher VC 6300 more than year i recommend it should buy |
I'm very angry with this vacuum cleaner (VC 6300) and the Karcher company in general, so I'm writing this review. Every single year, precisely each summer, the telescope, or rather the gun-handle where the hose or attachments are inserted, breaks (the plastic literally splits in half), and I end up buying a new gun-telescope with a remote, making this part insanely expensive. I'm fed up with this already! This vacuum cleaner is just costing me a fortune! It's a shame and disgrace for such quality! I won't be lazy and will send out as many reviews as possible because I'm about to burst with anger, and I'm just ready to throw this vacuum cleaner away. Considering that the trigger gun breaks every year, all other advantages are completely meaningless. If I lived in Europe, I would sue the company Karcher! And I'm 100% sure I would win, and the company would be greatly embarrassed worldwide! That's how fed up I am with this vacuum cleaner! Exactly once a year I replace the telescopic handle because the plastic just splits in half! Mind you, with the remote control, it's a veeeery expensive handle! |
very, very, very disappointed, $400 down the drain. I don’t understand what happened to German quality? appearance, easy to use the telescopic pipe failed after a year, the first and then the second (replaced) hose came off after half a year, and also a smell appeared during cleaning, during the last cleaning, due to a defect in the bag (poorly stitched seam), dust got into the engine after which it ordered to live long!!! sergey: use Karcher VC 6300 more than year i recommend it don't buy |
