The version with Palm Rest includes a removable wrist rest. The device is synchronized using 128-bit data encryption and additional protection against radio interference, due to 37 spare connection channels on alternative frequencies.

The Logitech MX Keys S with Palm Rest membrane keyboard is well suited for reliable and secure office use with a large number of third-party wireless connections. The membrane life of the main buttons is 10 million clicks. The layout received high-quality backlighting of characters, which works in conjunction with a proximity sensor. The device independently adjusts the brightness level.

There is a backlight auto-off function. The layout is fully adapted to work in the macOS/iOS environment. The model has a built-in 1500 mAh battery, which is enough for 10 days of operation with backlight or 150 days (5 months) without backlight. The buttons have an island design with scissor-type reinforcement. Low-profile keys are quick to press and have a soft feel.
