The tool comes with two chucks: a quick-release (for drill bits with round shanks) and an SDS+ (for chisels, points, and bits). Thanks to a special quick-release mechanism, the chucks are easily attached to the spindle. The device is equipped with a brushless motor (distinguished by its power and efficient battery energy consumption) and a safety clutch (protects from kickback during tool...bit jamming). The tool includes a case and an additional handle with a drilling depth limiter. The Makita 18V LXT battery is required to power the hammer (battery and charger are not included).
