The Makita DTD173Z impact driver features a brushless motor with an electric brake. The tool offers 4 modes with different torque settings (20–180 Nm), no-load speeds (up to 3,600 rpm), and impact rates (up to 3,800 ipm). The chuck is a standard 1/4" hex, so you can use virtually all types of bits, sockets, adapters, extensions, and other accessories with matching shanks. An integrated LED light improves visibility in low-light conditions. Powered by the Makita 18V LXT battery system (tool-only: battery and charger not included).
