This compact and lightweight (115 g) device is designed for automatic blood pressure measurement on the wrist, making it a convenient solution for monitoring readings not only at home but also while traveling or at work. For travel convenience, a storage case is included. The model is equipped with a wrist cuff ranging from 13.5 to 19.5 cm. Operation is simplified with large buttons, and results are displayed on an illuminated LCD screen, making it easier to read data.

Immediately after measuring, the device classifies the result according to the color-coded WHO scale ("traffic light"), allowing for a quick assessment of blood pressure levels. In addition to recording systolic, diastolic readings, and pulse, the Medisana BW 345 blood pressure monitor also detects signs of irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) and provides a corresponding alert. For a more accurate health assessment, the device calculates the average value of the last three measurements. The built-in memory is designed for two users, saving up to 199 recent records for each, with date and time recorded. Released in 2025, the device operates on two AAA batteries and is equipped with a low battery indicator, as well as an automatic shut-off function to save energy.
