The Montech HyperFlow Digital 360 Black liquid cooling system, which debuted in 2025, is a high-performance AIO solution designed for efficient heat dissipation from modern processors on Intel LGA 1851/1700 and AMD AM5 sockets. A key feature of the water block is the built-in digital display, which receives data directly from the system's sensors and displays CPU or GPU temperature in real-time, eliminating the need for users to keep monitoring windows open.

The active cooling of the 360mm aluminum radiator is provided by three E28 model fans. Their non-standard thickness of 28mm (instead of the usual 25mm) allowed engineers to modify the blade geometry and achieve an impressive static pressure of 4.13 mm H2O at an airflow of 96.27 CFM. This ensures effective air passage through the dense radiator fins (20 FPI) even without reaching the maximum 2200 RPM.

The system uses a pump operating at 3100 RPM, working in tandem with a copper base for rapid heat transfer. An important ergonomic advantage of the model is the "Quick & Clean" principle: the device comes with pre-installed fans on the radiator and pre-applied thermal paste, significantly simplifying the assembly process. The reliability of the construction, utilizing hydrodynamic bearings, is backed by a long 6-year manufacturer's warranty, while the visual aspect is enhanced by ARGB lighting with daisy-chaining capability.
