For full HD, I put it in and forget it for any games that are currently available. I bought it in November in conjunction with 9600k for a new computer. For a couple of years you don't have to worry. But if the monitor is 2K, then it’s better to save up a little and get a 2070super. Temperatures are excellent, heat dissipation is good. Low temperatures for the graphics processor, and an acceptable price, however, I would recommend getting an rx 5700xt. I bought it literally 2 days ago. Before that, I had an MSI 1050Ti GAMING for almost a year, and everything was (and still is) great. It's clear that the 2060S outperforms it significantly, which is why I decided to get it. But deep down, I was still worried, as these are new cards, and spending 30k on potential problems is a bit scary... Unfortunately, my intuition didn't let me down. I installed it in the computer - the boot process started, but the screen showed "no signal." Ok, let's wait. 20 seconds, 30, a minute... Eventually, the PC booted. First startup - I thought. Anything's possible. I opened HWmonitor (the system had just booted), and what did I see? My new graphics card was running hot at 50 degrees. How come?! With absolutely no load. No matter how long I waited, the temperature didn't drop below 45 at idle. That's concerning. Plus, black screens during boot. It gets worse. I reboot - the computer starts acting sluggish, the screen goes dark ("no signal"), but the computer is still running. In the end, it took about 3 minutes to restart. The same story with a simple shutdown. I Googled - it was recommended to reinstall drivers using the DDU utility. Removed the drivers - the system starts normally, no black screens, quick loading, etc. However, I couldn't check the temperature. HWmonitor doesn't see it without the drivers. So what’s wrong with it? Most likely it's either a bug or driver incompatibility, or the card itself. But why should I care? I didn't pay 30k to mess around with troubleshooting. I'm going to return it. Let's see, if they offer a working replacement, I'll keep it. In Full HD, you can forget what settings are. I will describe in the comments. PS: Also, 600 watts is usually enough for it, even with an i7 7700k, but it's better to have 700 watts available. It doesn't heat up much compared to other RTX series cards.
